New Rewards System – Secondary Site

When we return to school after the Easter Break, we will be operating a new reward system. The changes are being introduced due to the changing cohort of pupils within the school and will better reflect the needs of the students.

Uniform points will be awarded during morning time, with a maximum of 4 points for this each day. Our expectations regarding uniform are very clear and the points system will reinforce this, with one point being awarded for each of the following:

• Black shoes / trainers
• Uniform polo shirt / jumper
• Black trousers / tracksuit bottoms
• Coat / hoody / headwear, etc off

Classroom points will be awarded every lesson, by the class teacher, with one point being awarded for each of the following:

• Care And Respect Everyone (CARE)
• Appropriate language at all times
• Complete your work to the best of your ability
• Follow all instructions
• Reading

Each week, on Friday afternoon, the points awarded can be “spent” by pupils choosing an enrichment activity from the choices within each level of gold, silver and bronze rewards.
