Embracing Autumn in Forest School 🌰πŸ”₯

Our Forest School sessions have been bursting with colour and creativity this half-term! The children have loved exploring the changing season β€” collecting conkers, admiring the golden leaves, and noticing how our local area transforms in autumn.

Around the campfire, we’ve been cooking tasty treats and sharing stories, while learning how to stay safe and enjoy the warmth and fun of outdoor cooking. Pupils have also been developing practical skills, such as safely using the palm drill to create their own wooden fidget spinners β€” a perfect blend of creativity and craftsmanship!

It’s been wonderful to see everyone embracing the outdoors, working together, and making the most of this beautiful time of year. Forest School really does bring learning β€” and the season β€” to life! 🍁
