At Belmont School, we are committed to working in close partnership with parents and carers to ensure the very highest standards of education and care. While we always strive to provide the best possible welfare and educational provision for every pupil, we recognise that concerns may occasionally arise. When they do, our priority is to respond promptly, fairly, and with courtesy. Our Complaints Policy, available above, sets out clear guidance and timelines for how any concerns will be managed.
