Fantastic staff training day on Monday 5th January 🙌

The day focused on our shared values, our commitment to trauma-informed practice, and our Ask, Accept, Develop ethos. It reinforced our collective focus on understanding pupils’ needs, building strong relationships, and ensuring every young person feels safe, valued and supported to succeed.
