A Journey Through Time: Team 2 Explore the Past

On Monday, Team 2 visited the Pastoral Snug to explore a fascinating museum created by Mr Haworth and Mr Watkins. The collection included Victorian toys, washing artefacts and school equipment. Pupils learned how each item was used and even had the opportunity to handle and try some of the artefacts themselves, bringing history to life.

On Wednesday, the team examined photographs of our school taken in the 1880s and the 1970s. They discussed the similarities and differences compared to the present day before visiting the exact locations where the original photos were taken. Pupils then recreated the images, offering a powerful visual comparison of how the school has changed over time.
