From Research to Reality!

Jamie from 11C has been putting his design and technology skills into practice by researching, planning and designing a collapsible chair. During his vocational sessions and lessons, he then brought his ideas to life by carefully building the finished product himself.

It has been fantastic to see Jamie demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills and determination throughout the process, taking his project from an initial idea through to a completed design. Practical learning opportunities like this allow pupils to develop real-life skills while building confidence and independence.

Someone will certainly be enjoying a relaxing Bank Holiday weekend in style! 😌😎
